The Southeast MO Chapter is a proud member of the local CERT Alliance. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a training program designed to prepare a community for a major disaster. CERT is a positive and realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations where citizens will be initially on their own and their actions can make a difference.
